Minting Contributor Points

GitGig, consistent with the open source spirit, unlocks contributor development workflows using the gig economy model and allows teams to easily source and reward contributions.
Workflows: GitHub maintainers can create bounties, maintain open isues and set & pay rewards (in native tokens, stablecoins and/or through a contributor points mechanism we have designed). The contributor points act as a reputation system for the platform (which we call contributor points) and can be combined with dollar values, providing organizations with unprecedented transparency and cost management for dev work.
Reputation System: The points are blockchain-based, tied to contributor accounts (non-transferable), and can be earned by contributors across ecosystems that contributors work on such that a contributor profile will have their reputation history visible. These points are ERC-20 based are standardized on our platform in that they: -Are mapped directly to a github organization -Have a fixed supply for consistency -Are fully minted in a single transaction to an organization wallet -Have standardized names for ease in recognition (โcpโ prefix)
Whether you're an organization looking to incentivize open issues or retroactively reward closed ones, GitGig seamlessly accommodates both scenarios right out of the box.
