# Creating Bounties

**Step 1: Log In**

* Log in in with your Github account&#x20;

**Step 2: Navigate to Bounty Creation**

* Locate and click on "Create Bounty"&#x20;
* Ensure you are connected to Arbitrum One Network

**Step 3: Add Bounty Details**

* Copy and paste full the Github issue url
* Click continue

**Step 4:  Adding a Bounty**&#x20;

* Enter the desired amount for this Github issue
* Select the Asset type
* Ensure that your wallet balance is sufficient to add to the bounty

**Step 5: Review and Confirm**

* Review all the entered information to ensure  details align with the intended task and reward.
* Click Change to edit URL or bounty amount&#x20;
* Click Create Bounty!

**Step 6: Post Your Bounty on chain**

* Allow the custom spending cap amount on Metamask (or your connected wallet)
* Approve the transaction to post the bounty on chain&#x20;
* Check your bounty posting confirmation on the GitGig's site

**Step 7: Monitor and Manage**

* Keep track of the bounty's status and engagement through GitGig comments on the issue
